We have two shipping methods for most regions - Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. You can select one of these during checkout. The cost will be automatically calculated for your order.
Note: The Standard Shipping method is only available for parcels under 2kg. So if you order items over 2kg, such as pen displays, big size pen tablets, you can only choose Expedited Shipping.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available for your order or region:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
Expedited Shipping: 3-10 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can use the link in your email to track your order.
If you need to cancel the order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order. We will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
If the order can be intercepted, then we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, sorry we cannot cancel your order.
If you purchased an item from Huion official site and would like to cancel your order before it’s shipped, 8% restocking fee will be borne by you.
Customs and import duties including any taxes, tariffs or item seized, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items shipped from our warehouse and other international warehouses are not subject to export taxes.
Our common Airmail delivery service does not have an invoice in the package, however, express shipping methods such as TOLL Express, DHL or TNT orders must be sent out with an invoice for customs clearance.
In some cases, extra remote fee would be charged by the shipping company and we could only get the exact amount of it after the freight forwarder received the goods.That means we have no control of it to charge it before you check out. And the carrier will ship this item only after we received your payment.
Regarding this matter, you can also change the address and we will contact the shipping company see if they will charge the extra fee again.
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Please know that additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
With the Pre-paid Custom Tax Service, we will help you handle the custom tax issue beforehand so that your parcel won't be held up by your local custom and you don't need to pay the tax again, normally there won't be additional steps for clearance. You can select this service or not according to your own willingness, but please kindly note that the Extra Service fee (both Prepaid Custom Tax Service and Additional Warranty Service) is irreversible and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Huion devices purchased on Huion Official Store come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
You can register the device and claim warranty via our official website.
To register a product, please present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), order number, serial number of your product.
Please be assured that if there's a product quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.
You have 30 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return in 7 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date OR 30 days from the order date, whichever is later. That is to say, you will have at least 7 days to request a return if there's a product quality problem.
You have at least 7 days to request a return if you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views, 8% restocking fee and shipping fee both way will be borne by the buyer if return without defect within 30 days of order.
