Warranty
Huion devices purchased on Huion Official Store come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
To claim your warranty, you can register your device on our official website by providing your order number and product serial number. If you encounter any issues while registering, please contact us at service@huion.com and provide us with the product serial number.
Warranty Condition
- Warranty service is available after the purchase
- The product is still within the warranty period
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Beyond the warranty period;
- Normal wear and tear of accessories or consumables for use.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by abuse, neglect, careless operation, or any handling operation which are not in conformance with the user manual.
- Repair or modification carried out by unauthorized service.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
- Failure or damage caused by forced use of the product beyond normal service conditions.
- Other faults and damages caused by problems other than the design, manufacture, and quality of the product itself.
- This warranty is not transferable.
Refund Policy
You can request our Return & Refund Service:
- Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase) if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition.
- Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase) if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- It is requested beyond 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase).
- A product sent to HUION for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
- Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to HUION within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from HUION.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return & Refund Instructions
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product(s) (or 30 days from the date of purchase).
Submit a ticket on Huion Support Portal or contact Huion Customer Support Team at service@huion.com, and then provide the following information:
- Order Number:
- Email:
- Return Product Name & Quantity:
- Return Reason:
- Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging:
We will process your return and refund application within one or two working days of receiving your email.
Refund & Replace Time
- For refunds, we will continue to refund within 2-3 working days after receiving your returned items. Please note that refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in your order. We can't send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or bank account. After the refund is processed, the time shown in your account depends on the bank or credit card issuer. Please see below for details:
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 3-7 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
- For exchanges, the processing time after returning the items will be between 3-6 working days, depending on stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return reason was Subjective (The customer changed his/her mind), customers need to pay 8% of the product price as a restocking fee, the original shipping cost of your order, and the shipping cost for returning the product to the HUION warehouse (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable).
- If the return reason was Objective (Quality issue, damaged item), proof is required. A full refund will be sent to the customer including the return shipping fees (replacement can be requested).
Replacement Policy
Please be assured that if there's a product quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.
- Product serial number (on the back of the unit);
- Product order number;
- Purchase link where you bought this item;
- A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.
Replacement Service will not be provided where:
- Service is requested beyond the warranty period.
- Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- A product sent to HUION for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
- A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by HUION.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- The received product has not been sent back to HUION 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from HUION.
- Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
