Shipping Method

We offer two shipping options for most regions: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. You can choose either of these methods during checkout, and the cost will be automatically calculated for your order.

Please note that the Standard Shipping option is only available for parcels weighing less than 2kg. If you have ordered items over 2kg, such as pen displays or large-sized pen tablets, then you must select the Expedited Shipping option.

Shipping Region

Please refer to the logo in the top left corner of the product's main image. The position indicates where the product will be shipped from. If you are still unsure and need to confirm you can contact us at service@huion.com.

Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. The shipping time for your order normally depends on the available shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-10 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, during promotional periods and special events, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Tax Info

The prices displayed on the Huion Official Store do not include taxes, import fees, or customs duties. Customers may be required to pay these additional charges. In case you decline delivery of a package due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred in returning the item to us.

If you are uncertain whether customs duties and taxes apply to your order, please contact us through our online chat or send an email to service@huion.com before placing your order.

Missing product(s), wrong product(s), or incorrect package sent

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

For any issues, please contact us:

  1. Provide your order number and the serial number.
  2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by HUION:

  1. If there is a product missing, we will resend the missing product/accessory for free within the warranty period.
  2. If we have shipped the wrong product, we will resend the right product.

Huion will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

FAQs

Huion determines the shipping location based on stock availability and delivery address. Typically, orders to European countries are fulfilled from the European warehouse. However, if the warehouse is out of stock, the shipment will originate from China. Please note that international shipments may incur import taxes or duties imposed by local customs.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number and link. You can use this link to track your order. Additionally, you may log in to your Huion account and navigate to the "My Orders" section of the Account Dashboard to track your order.

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

  1. The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
  2. The first package scan may not be until delivery.

We understand that you're eager to receive your order, so we work hard to pick, pack, and ship it as quickly as possible. Once you click 'Place Order', we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we will do our best to intercept the order, we cannot guarantee this.

If the package is still in our warehouse and can be intercepted, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the package has been sent to our courier's warehouse but can still be intercepted, there will be an 8% restocking fee charged based on product price. We will then cancel the order and issue a partial refund.

Unfortunately, if your package has already left our courier's warehouse, cancellation is not possible. However, don't worry - once delivered you may return your items according to our return policy.

Customs and import duties, including any taxes, tariffs, or items seized, are the customer's sole responsibility. If you are informed to pay the customs tax, please complete the payment as soon as possible. For assistance with necessary documents for customs clearance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
